Lección 1, Morino Kumasan proposes a moment of cultural exchange imagined by and featuring Heidi –in the form of an amusing singing class. Before a background of the typical artificial, coloured landscapes of Wanko-chan Island, Heidi teaches a human-sized Wanko-chan a well known Japanese children's song, originating from the United States, "Morino Kumasan"*1.

*1 Canon is a form of musical composition of polyphonic character based on the strict imitation between two or more voices separated by a temporary interval. The first voice interprets a melody and is followed by certain compases distantly, for successive voices that repeat it, in some cases transformed into his tonality or into other aspects.
